Raine now also supports the same history.dat as mame, as you can find it here (official site). Since the file is quite big, it's not included with the default raine distributions. Just unzip it in your raine directory, then load a game in raine, and click on the «?!» button on the main bar, and finally on «Game info». The history.dat info related to the game you just loaded will be inserted at the begining of the displayed text.
